Shipping policy

We work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timeframes, and shipping-related issues.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. We may add international shipping in the future.

Shipping Methods
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout using the most cost-effective carrier services available. Carriers may vary depending on destination and availability.

Estimated Delivery Times
Because orders ship from Hawaii, delivery times may vary. Generally:

Hawaii and West Coast: 3–7 business days
U.S. Mainland: 5–10 business days
Remote locations: additional time may be required

These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on carrier performance and conditions outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We are not offering free shipping at this time.

Tracking Information
Tracking may not be available for all shipments. If tracking is provided, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, Merk Performance is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed. Replacements or refunds are considered case by case.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We will do our best to assist with address corrections before fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Unavailable Services
We do not currently offer local pickup, local delivery, or international shipping. These options may be reviewed in the future.
